Following the deployment of Salesforce last year, we’re ready to implement a new CRM strategy. You’ll be responsible for working with our internal development team to help roll-out a new CRM platform that facilitates our plans (Marketing Cloud, Pardot).
You’ll be experienced creating automated flows and optimising campaign performance through continual A/B testing and measurement. You’ll be adept at managing budgets as well as being confident in presenting performance data to our SMT and helping to formulate new strategy.
You’ll be responsible for managing external design and HTML developer partners. You’ll also be expected to recruit and manage an internal team that will keep pace with the growing needs of the business.
