SEO Director

As the Head of the SEO Department you will need to have extensive technical SEO experience across multiple different client verticals. Exposure to APAC markets would also be beneficial as this agency continues to expand across Singapore and Hong Kong. This role also requires someone who can lead clients and develop new business opportunities for the company.

 

The overall scope of the role will include the following

  • Manage a client portfolio, taking responsibility for growing revenue as well as the day to day management of these accounts
  • Build and sustain strong and long-lasting relationships with client-side managers and maintain frequent contact with any other third party agencies used by each client
  • To specifically identify, propose, up-sell and implement new projects and campaigns in order to meet and exceed each customer’s ROI and service expectations and to maximise revenue
  • Actively propose and help implement new and innovative strategies in order to meet and exceed the department’s overall revenue and profit targets
  • Work closely with the technical delivery teams in delivering an outstanding service in order to retain and grow all client accounts
  • Proactively advise clients about SEO landscape developments and ensure that account strategies are adapted in a timely fashion to meet all relevant requirements
  • Understand the features and benefits of all the agency’s products and services in order to successfully promote these to clients
  • Maintain a strong understanding of all things digital, including SEO, Social Media, PPC, eMail, Website, Mobile, Content etc
